UPS International uses brokerages and Customs agencies for incoming packages into the United States. Even though a shipment is coming in via International Priority, they let packages sit in transit without getting extra paperwork they need (paperwork FedEx and DHL never ask for).

Then they promise you it has been released and will be to you next day. It sits another 3 days in the Kentucky warehouse. Never use UPS International!!! I am cancelling my UPS account altogether and switching everything to FedEx.

I am also sending this information to the 5 trade organizations I belong to so thousands of people know. UPS is the worst shipping company, bar none.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $40000.
