I ordered a package, paid extra for 3-day delivery...
watched the tracking info on the ups.com website for the entire day.
it was loaded on the truck by 4AM (on a Friday)
it spent the ENTIRE day riding around in the truck ... and then was suddenly rescheduled for the following MONDAY!
Ordered on 12-DEC; picked up by UPS on 13-DEC; supposed to be delivered on 16-DEC;
rescheduled until 19-DEC.
This is gross incompetence.
They also left it sitting in an intermediate UPS depot (Ontario, CA --- 60 miles away) for 36 hours.
And they of course give you no way on their website to even complain except by calling customer service during their business hours.
