a) no option to reschedule or change delivery on website
b) no second delivery attempt made
c) delivery to pickup point without my consent
d) info notice says 'has been delivered to' : nope, it's still on the way
e) pickup point not open on weekends
f) consumer service does not even know what is pre-printed on their delivery notices and asks me to mail it to them ... eh, how about: NO, do your job yourself!
Add the weekend to that and my parcel will have spent four days more on the road than it would have if I had been able to tell them to deliver it just one day later.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of ups shipping. Ups needs to "offer rescheduling packages on your website and don't deliver to access points without my consent. also: check your info notice!" according to poster's claims.
