The delivery agents of UPS have proven to be absolutely incapable of delivering in rural Andalucia at least in our part of it.
I live just outside of Galera near Baza in the Granada district - the first time a company used UPS to deliver, the tracking number said "wrong address" - after much wasted time they delivered and charged ME a ridiculous sum.... but they got there. Today once again the tracking number says "wrong address" and no doubt the parcel will be delayed despite sending them Google maps pointing directly to our home.
How can a worldwide company get this wrong - Google Maps are not exactly hard to use!!!
This person wrote the review because of problem with delivery at UPS. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants UPS to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
