I ordered some items online through a huge mail order company. I had them ship the package 2nd day air.

After 5 days of watching my package get further away from me, I called UPS. They told me it was shipped by ground service, and would be delivered today from the hub it was currently at, which was 200 miles away from my home address.

Now they wont do anything to reimburse my shipping fees or get me my package, and of course you cant find someone with a brain in cust service. Apparently reading skills are not required to work at UPS.

Monetary Loss: $200.

You wanted 2nd day delivery, and the Shipper sent it out ground, and it is the fault of UPS that you did not get it 2 days how ?

Your isue SHOULD be with the Shipper, you paid for 2nd day service, and THEY send it Ground!.

This is the fault of UPS how ?
