A Christmas package was scheduled to be delivered on 12-19-13.We had a slight amount of snow on that day.

They immediately posted they couldn't deliver due to snow. I contacted RVCA to find out what was going on and UPS assured them the package would be delivered on Monday0-12-23-13. I have been waiting paitiently for 6 days. The UPS office is 1.3 miles from my home.

They still have not delivered and this package was the primary gift for one of my grandchildren. Do not ever use UPS they are unreliable. Trying to reach them to say never mind I'll pick it up is impossible as no one will answer the phone. G.


Monetary Loss: $60.
