I have a pair of prescription glasses sent for San Juan Puerto Rico to the Dominican Republic. This package was received at the UPS wharehouse on August 29 and today is Sept 3 and they have no idea when my glasses will be delivered.

I will never use this company again. They are lost and have no idea how to deal with customs and other agencies in the country. I tried to get help with the United States UPS customers service and they blew me off stating ¨They will not call me overseas to let me know the reasons for the delay¨ This is the way they treat you after you pay for the service.

Be advised and avoid my headaches!
