UPS has the worst customer service of all. first attempt of delivery was unsuccessful so they give you a date and time of when is the next delivery is and when that date and estimate time comes, they don't show up until later which time is very important to customer because they spent that time waiting and they don't show up.
What a terrible company that promise the customer in writing what they can do when they don't.
what can brown do for you? deliver there promise and ship every package on time to customer so that UPS don't waste customer time which is very important.
