The accountability in this company has become completely unacceptable. Over the years, friendly drivers have become foul mouth *** who have no problem doing a half-*** job. I've had my package left outside, at other addresses, or misreported entirely. To make matters worse, the channel for receiving feedback from the consumer pertains only to whether the package is actually in good shape - if that.
I'm tired of letting things continue this way. If complaining on the internet is the only option available... perhaps some lost business will force UPS to step up the quality of their drivers.
Track these *** drivers in addition to the packages UPS. This is getting ridiculous.
