sent package to los angles. the address was off by one digit.
i called to correct it. said shipper must call and correct. they did. next step in incorrect addresses, ups makes up an address themselves close to the one on package.
go figure! how can that ever be correct??? i call again and am informed of their address change. no i say, it is wrong and have given the correct address.
why isnt ups using it? dorked around delivering it 3 days to their address. go figure. called m,t,w,t,f with correct address, spoke to 4 supervisors.
second supervisor incorrectly puts the logs address leaving off on digit from my giving him the address once again. 3rd supervisor, patronizing and never sorry! says will call my by 10:00am next day to confirm delivery. Why?
He never calls. 4 supervisor NPT2895 made excuses for ups and really could have cared less by his obnox tone. Will is get delivered today?? Bottom line you cannot go past supervisor.

you are out of luck. they all say they will help you and then when there is a failure nothing more will happen and someone else will say they will help you!
