UPS seems to have no concept that there are some people in this world that they deliver to who are handicapped and can not push a 60# package out from in front of their front door where the driver dropped it, much less get it inside their home. NO help from the driver.
Driver did not attempt to help, did not even knock to let me know the packages were there. Dropped it at 8 pm in the dark. When I called to complain, I was told this is standard delivery by the driver. They DO NOT have any capacity for leaving instructions for the driver to knock or help get the packages inside.
I am 63, with a bad back and a heart condition and according to them, they have no system in place to assist anyone who needs assistance and is handicapped. SRSLY???
What the bloody *** kind of company is this??? Who does things like this???

Reviewer claimed that he or she wants UPS to "ups needs to find a way to instruct driver not to dump packages and drive off. driver should knock and place package inside doorway. driver does not have to enter home to do so".
The most disappointing in user's experience was delivery, poor customer service, unethical business practices and customer service agent. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
