My background, dual Military and spouse is pregnant. We are due in 4 weeks. We ordered baby furniture w/ UPS delivery to our home. A note was left asking for signature and UPS would leave the parcels. We signed but next day note still stuck to door, right next to new sticky requesting the same.

We sign and leave both only to have a 3rd sticky the following day saying 3 attempts made we need to pick up package from store. I called the 800-742-5877 three days in a row and was told each day driver would return but he never did. On day 4 I call again and was told package has been returned to sender.

I spoke to 3 managers at the # above and each eventually patched me back to the UPS office to speak to the clerk whoI spoke each time I had a problem. I have requested to speak to the Manager of the store, today and I'm awaiting her call hopefully Ms. Craig is more capable than the lot I've been dealing with.
