They were supposed to deliver my package from Rogers for March 28 by the end of day. It was not delivered then when I called in it was shipped to an access point for the next day.

I spoke to a supervisor and they assured me that it would be delivered by March 29 end of day. I check now and the package is in another city at an access point. They are horrible never going to use UPS again. I have never been so stressed out using a delivery service took a day off of work just wait for this package and still nothing.

Would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not care about their customers needs at all.
