UPS's service lately has been horrendous both online and on the phone.They have also been losing/misplacing packages more frequently than usual.
Even trying to do a return label online is painful. They used to be on top of their game, but lately I would rather go to FedEx or the United States Postal Service before I go to them again.
I spent an hour just to enter a supposedly user friendly return label while on the phone with an agent assisting me and they couldn't even figure the website themselves.They better get their act together before they lose all their customers.

The most disappointing about package from Ups was worst shipping company, poor customer service and very unprofessional Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
