by far the worst service of any company i've ever used. i'm not talking just a couple times, it's been over dozens of times i've used this company and i haven't had a package delivered on time a third of the time.

they've been delivered to wrong address and even sent to wrong cities and states. a couple of times they put "business was closed" as an excuse as to why it wasn't delivered and it was supposed to be delivered to my house and set at the door. i'm sure they were excuses to get out of making the delivery that day. today, another let down.

my medicines were rescheduled like every other time and now i have to wait another three days. i've never seen anything like it. i always choose fedex and even usps over ups for my deliveries but sometimes you don't have a choice. the company i work for even quit using them for the same reasons.

they used to be dependable but for the last few years it's like they are ran by people who just don't care.

take your money and you'll get it when you get it. if people would quit using companies with this attitude it may change their attitude.
