Details
Everytime I send a package it is always at least a week late. When recieving packages with 2 day shipping the items arent even shipped for at least 7 days. I always get delivery date changes on EVERY order. I have yet to recieve a package on time.

Details
Delivery was set for 3/20/18 by end of day. In the truck and out for delivery. And I watched the guy deliver to my neighbor. But the time was 6:56pm and it was snowing a little. So he never delivered to me. I got a “bad weather” notice at 6:58pm. And the next day 12 inches of snow is predicted. So I expect not to get it on March 21 either. So glad it wasn’t medication. But still really mad and won’t use them as a courier going forward. This is not the first bad experience

Finally reached a human at UPS whose response was "We were unable to make delivery today" No explanation of why, expecially since there was someone home from 830 a.m. through 10:00 pm Told me that if I went to UPS Choice I could obtain a 2 or 4 hour delivery "zone" NOPE, doesn't work.

UPS is proving itself to be nothing but a big joke. I live 2 miles from their distribution location, but picking it up in person isn't an available option

UPS - Now, I know why they wear brown

My order was supposed to be delivered on Jan 9, 20018 but it was not delivered. My order arrived yesterday in Florence SC but they did not load it on the delivery truck. I was on the phone for several hours last night. They assured me they would deliver it first thing this morning. Now they say it will be here by 8 tonight. They are holding up my business. They don't care. They should be put out of business. They wear brown to let us know we can expect *** service. Ihope people quit using them. They are the worst

11/28 ARRIVES AT FAIRLAWN NJ HUB 11/29 ARRIVES AT PHIILY PA HUB 11/30 ARRIVES AT HAMILTON NJ HUB 12/1 ARRIVES AT MONROE NJ HUB 12/1 MONROE- OUT FOR DELIVERY 12/1 DELIVERY DELAY 12/4 MONROE- OUT FOR DELIVERY 12/4 DELIVERY DELAY (called ups, promised delivery by midnight) 12/5 MONROE- OUT FOR DELIVERY 12/5 DELIVERY DELAY(called ups, promised delivery and a call from the hub manager by 10:00am-NEITHER HAPPENED) 12/6 IN TRANSIT? 12/7 IN TRANSIT? 12/7 called ups- package will not be delivered today. Package is no longer on a truck. Package is now on a container because they have too many packages and the driver cannot deliver them. Terrible customer service, inconsistent and false information provided by their clerks. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they are reading off of their canned response training manual. Time to file a class action lawsuit against UPS for lying about delivery status. They already paid out a class action lawsuit in 2015 for the same time. UPS management still has not learned how to properly run business. Boycott UPS and switch to FedEx. *** UPS.
