Details
Received notice that my package would be delivered on 12-11-2019. Never delivered. Then each day after was promised delivery for the following day. This continued for 5 consecutive days. I called customer(so called) service and was told " sorry but cannot guarantee delivery on ANY date" That I would just get the package when I get it. Last tracking entry showed that they had handed the package over to the US post office for delivery. I still do not have it. Horrible company and rotten service.

UPS - Worst experience ever
I ordered a $15.00 book from amazon. Instead of leaving package inside my gate- which is how all my packages are delivered- driver left a sticker saying signature required. I confirmed with amazon that they did NOT require signature. I signed back of UPS slip authorizing them to leave package and absolving them of responsibility. Instead of leaving package the next day the just added another sticker to my gate. So I spent hours navigating their automated service, finally spoke to someone who said I would receive a call from local delivery center within an hour. Never received call. Then I used their robocall service. I waited for 3 hours and never received call. I called customer service again. Zero steps forward and 6 steps back. No one was helpful. No one tried to be helpful. Unbelievably poor service.

UPS - Overnight delivery taking 8 days??

Details
I sent a check by envelope 125 miles from my home in Oregon to arrive next day. Never arrived it was "mis-scanned" and sent 2500 miles awzy. Now 6 days later the transit has NOT been updated for 4 days. I called UPS and they have no update. Told me it will arrive on Wednesday, 8 days later. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

My package was never delivered. UPS reported it was at 1:56PM Amazon and UPS tracking never showed this till 4:00PM. Now I have to try and prove it wasn't. My word against UPS driver who never delivered it. I had been checking every 1/2 hr till 8:00 PM!

The drivers are horrible, their manners are unacceptable!!! lying and claiming that door buzzers don't work which is a lie... shoving return labels in secure apt. door lock, claiming customers are not home. It's bad enough that you have to spend your entire day waiting, but to lie and say no one is home is *** customers know when there packages are do to arrive, therefore you are there to receive them. Customer service people are nasty and arrogant. See label attachment, you can barely see it. This is unacceptable!!! S.W.
