Ordered a phone and had it shipped by UPS. UPS driver made no attempt to deliver it. Put on UPS website that I could pick it up at the UPS store, even though I spent the whole day waiting for the package to be delivered. They said no one was at home. One would think if you are spending THOUSANDS of dollars on a bed, Customer Service would be AWESOME! NEVER SO with Sleep Number! LIES STARTED ON DAY ONE when we walked in the sleep number bed store. UPS many times will not come to deliver to my door. They will just take to leasing office. When like last night this is particularly a major problem is no one is at leasing office so no one is there to sign for & lock up packages YET the packages (like last evening) for everyone here including mine was just dumped off, left in lobby where anyone walking by could pick up packages and walk off with them. UPS tries to save money by scheduling deliveries and pickups in their best interest. Deliver to my business some days by 11 am, the next day 2:30 pm. Today it's 4 AND STILL NO SHOW. TRACKING INFO is a JOKE. On truck scheduled delivery by closing. You could set your your clock by UPS deliveries and pickups in past. UPS showed 3 days guaranteed by end of day delivery. That should have been the following Wednesday according to the time cost calculator AND the map they provide. As of Thursday afternoon still no part! I shipped boxed thru ups grounds on june 7 i only got 4 and i never recieved the rsy of my boxes wiyh ally belongs. I email them back to back i call investigation and nothing Is the end if august 2016 i still have not gotten anything resolve.

UPS tracking stated my item had two failed delivery attempts..? Estimated delivery date was a week later so when I look up the tracking info I was surprised.. No notices left and I was even home both attempts.. I will be looking for alternative delivery options, UPS is tanking...
