On 02/17/15, the package was upgraded with cost from USPS delivery to UPS ground delivery with a delivery date of 02/19/15. Midday on 02/19/15 I confirmed the delivery.
After the package was NOT delivered, I contact UPS, and was told that the package had not arrived at the delivery hub and probably would not be delivered until 02/23/15. FOUR, 4 days late. And of course UPS put the blame on the shipper..
I would love to hear them take responsibility for THEIR actions.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of ground delivery. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
