My gf was expecting a very important package from UPS. It arrived on 10/29/15 but no one was home to sign for it.

We were told that it would be redelivered the next day. We called UPS several times to confirm that it was indeed coming that day and we were told that it would come for sure. My gf waited all day for the package but it never came. We contacted UPS several times throughout the day and they kept telling us its on the way.

At 10pm I called once more and was finally told that the package was being held for some security check and wouldn't be coming. If this was the case, why were we told so many times that it was on the way???

We canceled all of our plans that day to wait for this package. We basically waited all day for nothing because they assured us that the package was on the way when it wasn't at all..

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to have the product delivered. This person is overall dissatisfied with UPS. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
