Package was misdelivered and someone who is not me, signed for it. When I contacted UPS Corporate about a pattern of mishaps lately in my area, they took the persons name off of the Tracking Proof and just indicated Delivered so the shipper would be responsible for a replacement.
Shipper would not replace because it indicated Delivered by UPS.
UPS Corporate would no longer respond to emails but would leave phone call messages admitting they took the person's name off of the Delivery Proof when they initiated a Lost Package investigation, even though the package was misdelivered. UPS Tracking now states claim issued. Huh? I got nothing.
I'm still trying to prove to the bank that UPS did this *** It makes not sense, if I did get any reimbursement for a misdelivered package, the bank would be the first to know.
I would have to deposit the check.
