Three of four items ordered delivered. One never has shown up. One was damaged.Tried to open account with UPS so I can file a claim. Can't do that either!

Ordered 4 bags of Scott Turf Builder Triple Action from Amazon. About 5 days later the bags came 1 bag at a time for three deliveries. One of those was damaged, and the fourth never has shown up. Tried calling UPS customer svc. 5-4-19. Got very little if any help. Tried to open up an acct. 5-4 & 5-5, 2019 on the UPS web site. Can't do it. Can't reset an account which I didn't have in the first place. Can't do anything. Driver who delivered one package couldn't even tell me what tracking # the package had! It's right on the label attached to the package. Did email customer svc. They are supposed to call 5-6-19. We'll see. If you get the idea I'm miffed at UPS, you are right.

It has been 6 weeks now since my claim was filed and no claim has been issued. File on 3/28/18 and now 5/10/18 and nothing. BS!!!!!
