the lady at the counter made seem like looking for a package was the worst thing she ever had to do.

she almost refused to help me. i told her that UPS did not leave a notice at my home, they called me instead and the caller didn't provide me with a tracking number.

she told me that without it, it is impossible to find. she went to the back to look for it and in less than 1min she came back with it.

horrible. may be she was having a bad day, no customer service, she should be trained properly
