Paid for expedited shipping from NY to SC.

Package made it to SC and is sitting in a trailer on the UPS yard.

UPS is blaming bad weather for their being too cheap to hire extra help or work overtime to unload the trailers they let back up.

UPS "Customer Service" (Joke to call it that)using a multitude of lies to excuse massive failure. Will not give out contact information for local manager.

They have made it clear that they simply do not care and all I can do is wait until their UNION employees decide to unload the trailers.

Fed Ex delivered EVERYTHING on time as UPS FAILED AGAIN.
