I organised for ups to collect a package from a hotel in San Fran and overnight it to me in Chicago. I paid extra for a saturday delivery.

I arranged it through the 1800 call centre.

The tracking did not work so UPS call centre confirmed it had been collected.

Saturday came and no package. Turns out it was not picked up.

The package contained contact lenses i left behind. I am not going overseas.

Thanks UPS for letting me down and lying to me.

Now I have to try for a refund.

The information they give is totally misleading.


Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of poor customer service and misinformation. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of package and associated monetary loss in the amount of $150. Ups needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
