Not resolved

I had a package scheduled to deliver on a Tuesday. The delivery was delayed due to bad weather.

My package was out for delivery both the following Thursday and Friday. Friday afternoon at 5pm I was verbally guaranteed that the package would deliver. Now at 9pm Friday night, I'm told that the package will not deliver until the following Monday. No Saturday delivery, no option for pickup.

Customer service is useless, furthermore there is absolutely no recourse for dissatisfied customers.

Fedex has been going up and down my street all week. I will never use UPS nor condone the use of UPS again.
