For ye of faith please don't have UPS packages shipped to you if you live in NYC. Its a standard and accepted practice for their drivers to put a notice on your door and not ring the door bell. Its been that way for years and years and they don't care about doing better. Saves 3 minutes for a driver, costs you at least 3 hours of time going there and waiting in line.
We have this special attitude in NY City, that these problems are unable to be solved, but really the amount of money this is costing UPS in terms of customer service and unhappy customers usually forces a company to do better.
What can brown do you for you? *** you off and waste your time and money.
