I have a commercial shipping account with UPS. They ship about 175 to 250 shipments for our websites monthly.

Lately 80% of the shipments are delayed. The quantum view email updates that they send always say one of only about 4 things that they can choose from to say. They are never what actually happened though. A common one is that the address is incorrect or an apartment number is missing and they are attempting to get it corrected.

That is almost always untrue. They blame weather when there is none, they say they left it on the truck unloaded, for days at a time!
