I have contacted UPS Internal Sales Executive [Aidah Abdul Khalek Araby - email@example.com] (Malaysia) & local manager several times to request for 2012 shipping rate for my account (already open account with UPS for more than 1 year), sent several emails, follow up calls, but never bother to reply me.
Second, when I contacted her for certain issues, she would reply saying this is none of her business, asked me to seek for other solutions. Please do your job!!!
I don't understand why is it so difficult to advice the customer on the rate. UPS hired you to provide services to customers, not to *** them off!!
