The worst customer service i have ever experienced, i was ripped off by ups customs because of my shippers invoice, shipper invoice showed 790usd while items in the package were worth 400usd, they made me pay without checking invoice and comparing items.I ask for a refund of my hard earned money, now am being ignored.
No response from anyone after sending mails.I advice people to stay away from ups, they never deliver on time and will find a way to loose your items
