I was expecting an overnight envelope but it was delayed for a week. Followed up with email and calls but was told due to Thanksgiving, volume is high and just wait for it to arrive.
Envelope arrived one week late and it was opened, and taped back up. While on the phone with UPS representative on why the envelope was opened, was just told they cannot control it if someone opened the envelope and they wouldn't know who did, since 'so many' people work at UPS. Then she said, oh, you can just ask the shipper to cancel the credit card and resend one.
I did not share the content was a credit card nor does the label indicates it was sent from a bank. It's horrifying and unacceptable, that an opened envelope is of no consequence to them and they outright tell you that there is no control over someone committing a crime of opening an envelope/package.
Ann16 wrote the review because of problem with delivery at Ups and attached a photo. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Ups to offer any options to resolve the issue.
