This has clearly not been figured out or fixed.They hung up on me, broke a 300.00 package, wont pay for it, and want me to continue to pay them.
I cannot believe the hoops I had to jump through just to try to get my money back. Still no money for my antiqe radio that I sold for 300, and had to return the money.
They are horrible and have had several bad experiences using them in the last year for my business.Don't ship anything valuable.
I thought insurance is only if a package is lost, not if they drop kick it.
