This has clearly not been figured out or fixed. They hung up on me, broke a 300.00 package, wont pay for it, and want me to continue to pay them.

I cannot believe the hoops I had to jump through just to try to get my money back. Still no money for my antiqe radio that I sold for 300, and had to return the money.

They are horrible and have had several bad experiences using them in the last year for my business. Don't ship anything valuable.

I thought insurance is only if a package is lost, not if they drop kick it.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $285.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

The big question here is this: did you package it correctly? What type of box did you use, and was it brand new or used?

Was the box rated for shipping, as well as the total weight of the package? Did you bubble wrap the item, and then put two inches of peanuts around it in all directions? Before we can comment on whether UPS messed up or not, we need to know whether you packed it according to their packing standards. If not, then it's on you.

Also, did you insure the item for full value? If you didn't then you're also not going to get your money back.
