This has clearly not been figured out or fixed. They hung up on me, broke a 300.00 package, wont pay for it, and want me to continue to pay them.
I cannot believe the hoops I had to jump through just to try to get my money back. Still no money for my antiqe radio that I sold for 300, and had to return the money.
They are horrible and have had several bad experiences using them in the last year for my business. Don't ship anything valuable.
I thought insurance is only if a package is lost, not if they drop kick it.
