I PAID $55 FOR A DELIVERY ON SATURDAY AT WORK/FOR WORK. I CAME INTO THE OFFICE ON OVERTIME TO WAIT FOR THIS PACKAGE.

I HAD PLENTY OF WORK TO DO WHILE I WAS HERE BUT THE ONLY REASON I CAME IN ON MY DAY OFF/SATURDAY WAS SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS PACKAGE SHIPPED FRIDAY FOR A "BEFORE NOON" DELIVERY ON SATURDAY. I AM IN A BUSINESS COMPLEX THAT WOULD HAVE REQUIRED THE DRIVER TO WALK IN THE RAIN UP SOME STAIRS INTO THE CORRIDORE WHERE ALL MY OFFICE IS LOCATED. ALL THE LIGHTS ARE ON AND I AM SITTING AT MY DESK LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW, WORKING, WHILE WAITING FOR THIS DELIVERY. IT IS CRITICAL THIS DELIVERY BE ON A JOBSITE AT MONDAY MORNING 7AM.

THE LYING UPS DRIVER SAID HE WAS HERE AT 10:52AM AND THE BUSINESS WAS CLOSED. LIE LIE LIE!!!!!!

I HATE UPS!!!!! USE FEDEX I NEVER EVER HAVE PROBLEMS WITH FEDEX!!!

i agree i think its on the company mostly they hire few drivers and increase the work load, so everytime a lazy driver does not leave the truck he saves a few minutes. this happens to me so often.

i live in an apartment and one thing i know is the unit number should be included in the address 119- 75 XXXX st. from that you know its unit 119. however, often delivery drivers dont like apartment buildings. so every single time i order something, they come to the house and say the address is incorrect.

once i was waiting for a new phone to be delivered, i check the tracking number and it said pending and 2 minutes later it said sorry we missed you, i ran up to the lobby the ups driver was parked outside sitting in his truck closing the tabs, i asked him why didnt you go inside? he said nothing.

i would have missed a whole days of work to go pick it up. it is ridiculous and not fair to consumers
