Nov 8th, 2017, at 12:30 p.m. I saw a UPS truck pull up ...

the driver throws an empty 48" box on the front lawn and runs back to the truck so I yell the words " hey, you just threw an empty box on my lawn". He just looks at me and shrugs like "so?" The item which was supposed to be in the box was a 48" steel work out bar for lat pulldowns and weighed 11 lbs ... the box was open and you could plainly see it was empty. I called the UPS customer service number and after several "holds" and tons of music I wasted almost 45 min with the final answer of ...

"well, you should get an answer back within 5-10 days ... is there anything else we can do for you?"

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Ups owes me time and money for the frustration ... Walmart is replacing the product free even though the mistake is not theirs ... what a contract in customer service compared to Ups.

I didn't like: Response to my complaint via phone.

It's been 30 days since the incident and still no word from Ups ... horrible customer service!
