I was going out to my car, and I looked over as i watched a UPS guy watch me get in.I got into my car and my phone fell out but i didn't notice tip i got to my destination.

As soon as i realized i tracked my phone and found the same UPS guy, as he moved so did the tracking on my phone. I confronted him and he would not confess. I called his supervisor and his supervisor never showed up. The UPS guy left, again my tacking moved with the truck, so i stopped him again.

I was like dude you have my phone but he still wouldn't give it up. UPS's staff is full of liars and stealers. The supervisor did not show up.

I am very displeased with the behavior seen.UPS will pay for this.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: i want my phone back..

I didn't like: Delivery, Poor customer service, Customer service agents, Unethical business practices.
