I requested the following package from UPS and i was waiting for the package for the whole day and cancelled some of the appointment. But they didn't deliver the package but they put it on the tracking message saying that customer is not available.

I dont want to compliant but i cannot accept this kind of false information

this is not only the first time.

Earlier also i had the same experience they didn't deliver the package but they put it on the tracking message was saying that customer is not available.

I request UPS to correct this kind of false information.

A Pissed customer

Monetary Loss: $800.
