What a nightmare. I will never use them again - EVER.

The driver seemed shady (been reading a lot of that lately about their drivers!). I even said, "it feels like there's nothing in here", he said nothing!

I open it up - look in the touch box - there's nothing but headphones.

UPS said after a month that they weren't the ones who did insurance for it, it would be Staples - they both refused to give me my $200!

THEFT!!! Consumers sure get SCREWED a lot. damned thieves.

Never had a prob with Fedex or USPS in 20 years.

Monetary Loss: $200.

It's not necessarily that UPS is denying the claim, it's just that you're not the one they'd be issuing the refund to, since you're not the shipper. Either way, to automatically blame the driver isn't right, it could have just as easily been the Apple worker who packed up the box in the first place. That stuff happens all the time.
