UPS has lost or delivered a package to the wrong address 2 times in the past 2 weeks.I am appalled at their customer service and handling of all of this.

The first excuse was "we can't keep up with every package" and the second time they told me to wait 9 days to see if they can find it.

I am a small business just trying to make ends meet and these are very time sensitive deliveries for weddings.They don't care about anything but covering their own tails and giving the run around to anyone that calls with a complaint.
