Not resolved

in the last month UPS lost 3 important letter packages on three separate occasions with very valuable documents. When we try to get info from ups all we get are scripted answers that don't have any resolve we offered to send our driver to help with getting the package all the rep said was a scripted answer "as soon as they know they will call us back".

They never did in the past & I don't expect them to call us this time.

Anybody know of a reliable shipping company that calls customers back? My contact info is 718-871-7749 ext 211
