UPS website is misleading to customers, the tracking of packages is not up to date, on my package traking:

1zw5a60003**** it has shown ON TIME, delivery dtae: 02/12/2010, But the package is not here yet. 02/12/2010 @ 2023pm.

I call many times today and was told also by the customer service the boxes were in the truck, if anyone in the ups customer service would had given me the right information or the website had been accurate, I could had order a new overnight saturday delivery and still make it for my show.

I have lost over 10,000 USD now. How will pay for it?

I have been waiting all day for two packages that UPS tracking said were on the truck, verified by employees at the 800 number. Now tonight at 10, I have received no packages.

Now the UPS tracking site is saying Exception. That my packages were missed and not put on the truck. How is it possible to miss two packages from different parts of the U.S.

Someone is lying, they didn't do their job and they are trying to cover their ***. They have ruined my Valentine's Day.
