Having called UPS corp office plus emails, I get no reply other then sorry you need to speak with owners shop.
The owner store #3991 in the Keys says he requested a reimbursment but it was denied. UPS says no such request and tell me they would have issued the credit if i had called in 15 days of finding out a late delivery.
I did call corp and was told they would not get involved, called the shop owner.
Just another case of someone else needs to handle this complaint.
Long and short, a delivery from the fl. Keys to TN. Sent 1/1/11. promised ground on 1/12/11. NOPE, the pkg gets to TN on 1/17/11.
All I asked was a credit or refund.
I got no where, not even my formal complaint got any response.
$40 for a 4 day delivery that took 10 days. One person said weather. give me a break. 10 days to TN., I can drive it in 2 days with a stop over.
oh well. consumer gets it again.
