I paid extra money to have an item delivered to me via UPS 2-day service. It was supposed to get to me by Dec 28th.

It's Jan 2nd and I still haven't received it. Every day I check it, the delivery date is pushed back one day. Now, they are saying I should get it by Jan 4th. Pretty sure it will be Jan 5th when I check it tomorrow.

Paid extra money for nothing.

I will think twice before (if ever) I use UPS again. FedEx and even USPS is reliable and provides better service than f'ing UPS.

Monetary Loss: $200.

UPS has no respect for other peoples time. They indicate a 12 hour window in which the parcel will be delivered-- can't even narrow it down to morning or afternoon with the technology available, and even then does not deliver during that time frame.

Unacceptable service and inconsiderate of others.
