UPS kept my Bose and put the delivery info from another package (from 8 days later) onto the Bose and tried to claim they delivered it.When they couldn't come up with correct delivery info, they pulled the legitimate tracking info from their website.

Lucky I made copies of all of it and submitted it to Bose, who agreed with me and sent a replacement to my appartment office and it was signed for.

2 months later UPS was trying to say the second delivery was the first delivery.

I told them I had possession of documentation & would contact the FTC if they continued to harass me.They stopped.
