Your lucky if you get your package. Forget about tracking, they do what they want.

Do not use UPS....they are a bunch of thieves who take no responsibility for its own employees.The tracking system is a joke.

Five days and it doesn't update. The delivery date comes and goes and still can't talk to a live person. Finally got a "Live Chat" going only ti be told "yes it is lost"! They tell me to contact my shipper!

My husband works in shipping for a major University and he deals with them daily and says the same goes on there.

I had a family member send me family earrings that never came.

They actually delivered an empty box, after they retaped it. Couldnt get any response from UPS.

Horrible customer service.Count yourself lucky if you get your package!
