Has to be the worst company to deal with. Had a package shipped from NJ to NJ.

Was out for delivery at 427 am and never showed up. Called several times for tracking status. All i got was its on the way.... had to refuse shipment because it was perishable.

Such BS. With all the resources of this company youd think tbey could do a little better.

Management should be refreshed and replaced.

You're right on the nose about management. This company has gone from customer service being priority #1 to some dickless corporate twit that has never even touched a package micromanaging every last detail of the hourly workforce.

It's a terrible company but they've been around over 100 years so they think they have carte blanche to do whatever they feel is right. Its despicable.
