Has to be the worst company to deal with.Had a package shipped from NJ to NJ.

Was out for delivery at 427 am and never showed up. Called several times for tracking status. All i got was its on the way.... had to refuse shipment because it was perishable.

Such BS. With all the resources of this company youd think tbey could do a little better.

Management should be refreshed and replaced.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of ups delivery service. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.

You're right on the nose about management.This company has gone from customer service being priority #1 to some dickless corporate twit that has never even touched a package micromanaging every last detail of the hourly workforce.

It's a terrible company but they've been around over 100 years so they think they have carte blanche to do whatever they feel is right.Its despicable.
