Im not pleased with UPS. They ruined my over the range microwave and then act as if its not a big deal!

Claim they tried to pick it back up after I made a claim but did not. I had to call them again to come get it. Now the microwave is on backorder an I dont know when I will be able to get it again and for that price....

They were semi rude an said things happen... Not to mention I had been waiting forever to even recieve the thing.

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Ups. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
