With an online business of buying,selling , and trading, I relied on delivery dates, with UPS and their lack there of customer service I've lost money,time and invoice, claims take an act of God and I am done.I have gone to Great Lengths with patrons not to use their service I have even gone to the point of discounts just toupee USPS for shipments.

In all my years I have never lost so much money as I have with UPS...word of advice you're better off shooting your pinky toe all been dealing with this company.
