I will NEVER ship through UPS ever again. My experience was awful I shipped a 55 pound box and UPS lost it.

When called customer service regarding my box they told me different stories and the representatives were very rude. And they had the nerve to send me $100 check when my box was well over $3,000 worth of merchandise. Because of UPS my son and I lost all of our clothes. I do not think is fair that my son and I have to suffer and now we have to go without.

I can barely Buy my son and I close with $100. The service is so terrible every time I called to see where is the box or have they found it in the lost and found.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of ups delivery service. UPS needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
