I've had several problems with ups...worst company available for shipping and yet they seem to now have a monopoly on the industry. 1, I worked there..i was scheduled to come into work at 4 am...they would tell it was manditory that i come into work at 12 am and then they would do tgis thing which is called split shifting, so they would have to pay me overtime...2 they fired me for supposedly tampering with an iphone (this was a setup) that never touched my hands, they had no video proof, and i was escorted off of the premises by security, to later find out that they said that I quit..good shipping problems...they have this shipping for 5.99, where your product goes to usps for final delivery...they put it in a big bag with all the other packages and just drop it off at usps and expect them to do the dirty work...on two seperate occasions my packcage was lost in the mail...and finally i recently had a package shipped from them which is bow 4 days late...they said by end of day...which apparently to them is 8 oclock at night...i had other arrangements at that time so i figured theyd ship it the next day...NO they gave it to an access point, which is a jewish pharmacy, on a jewish holiday...i called them to ask them why...could barely understand the lady...and she did not offer any service what so ever..i also asked if they were open...she immediately replued yes from 8 to 8...lies...I hate ups...I wish it was burned to the ground fed ex...step your game up please...
