Was charged $5 to change a delivery date. Waited at home all day for a package that never came.
Called ups customer service several times during the day told them that tracking info online did not day "out on truck". Was assured each time that the shipment was on schedule and there was no problem, only to see the tracking info at the end of the day updated with 'as requested...delivery day change was completed.' Called ups back pissed only to be told by the local ups supervisor that the package was never on a truck!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss not as described of ups delivery service. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
