My package was supposed to be delivered on the 12th that was order on the 10 with extra money on one day shipping. So I call UPS they said it should be there 13th, there have been "weather delays" (maybe just an excuse for them to be lazy) waited nothing came I called again they said it would be there by the 15th. And when I called them the 3rd time the agent said to "have patience the package will come" (BS) Still nothing came, so I contacted amazon and told them what had happened they refunded me and filed a complaint against UPS.
